  1. Overview

    To backup Fasting Time data, you need to use the Cloud Sync feature. 

  2. Step 1

    Tap the main menu button and tap the Cloud Sync.

  3. Step 2

    Sign up using either Google, Apple, or Email authentication.

  4. Step 3

    After signing up on the Cloud sync page, you can enable the automatic backup. You can also manually save your data by using the slots. 

    Note: Manually backup data using slots are not used to auto backup your data. They are stored as it is unless you replace them.
