Fasting Time

Step 1
Upon opening the Fasting Time after installation, the app will direct you to the disclaimer page.

After accepting the disclaimer message, you will get redirected to the Fasting Time home page.

There is a fast enabled on the Fasting Time home page. Tap the Start button to start your fasting.

Note: Fasting Time sets the default session duration of the first fast to 16 hours. You can always change this anytime.
