1. Tap the bottom menu button to open the fasting menu options.

2. Tap the Edit button.

3. Tap the session duration field and enter the time duration preferred. You can change the unit into seconds, minutes, hours, and days by tapping the unit field.

4. Tap the save button on the top right corner of the page to save the changes.
