1. Upon opening the Fasting Time after installation, the app will direct you to the disclaimer page.
2. After accepting the disclaimer message, you will get redirected to the Fasting Time home page.
3. There is a fast enabled on the Fasting Time home page. Tap the Start button to start your fasting.
Note: Fasting Time sets the default session duration of the first fast to 16 hours. You can always change this anytime.

See visual guideTo delete the Progress and Stats data, you need to delete the data associated with them. The data relating to them are the fasting history and added weigh-ins.
To delete the fasting history, go to the History page, tap the history and tap the delete button. Do the same on other records. Go to the Weight page, tap the weigh-in, and delete it for the weigh-ins. Deleting these two items will delete the data under the Stats and Progress page.
Note that once you delete these items, you will not be able to retrieve them unless you back them up on your Fasting Time cloud sync account. There is no way for us to recover your data, too, as we don't have access to those.
To edit the current session date and time, you need to ensure that you have started a fast.
1. Tap the bottom menu button to open the fasting menu options.
2. Tap the Edit button.
3. At this time, you can already edit the current session field and time. Tap it to open the calendar.
4. Choose the desired date. Tap OK.
5. To change the session time, tap the clock icon on the left side of the field.
6. Choose the desired time and tap OK.
7. Tap the save button on the top right corner of the page to save the changes.

5. Optionally, you can also add notes about your daily experiences to motivate and help you in the future. Tap the dropdown button on the side of the note to start adding notes.
6. Food log is where you can log the food you have eaten on that day. It will automatically calculate the calories based on the amount of food you have input. To add a food item, tap the add button on the side of the food log.
7. You will be redirected to the Food Query page, where you can search for the food item you have eaten. On the Search tab, input the food name on the search field, and tap the search button after.
8. The page will present you with a list of the food item results after tapping the search button.
9. Tapping the food item will open the Food edit page. On this page, you will be able to edit the serving size of the food based on the amount you have consumed.
10. After editing the serving size, tap the Save button.

See visual guideBoth Android and iOS limit how often widgets can refresh. This is an effort to limit strain on your device's resources and conserve your device's battery life. Depending on your device's available resources, Fasting Time's widget should update about once every 30 minutes.
If this is not sufficient, you can make use of Fasting Time's widget service. This will update the widget frequently, but it could have a negative impact on your device's battery life.
- On your Home screen, open the Edit widget page by tapping the gear button located on the bottom-left corner of the widget.
- Look for the Refresh rate option.
- Slide the slider button to change the time reference.
- Tap the save button to save the changes.
Note: A higher refresh rate will update all of your widgets more frequently, but it will strain your device's battery. For iOS devices, you can only change the refresh rate setting on the Today's widget. The Home widget does not have this setting due to iOS limitations.

3. Tap the Tracking mode. By default, tracker mode is set to Hours.
4. Choose the preferred mode and tap it.

We also use your advertising identifier to serve your ads. We don't collect any of your personal or fast information. Your fast information is stored on your device and will be cleared when you uninstall the Fasting Time app unless you have chosen to back it up using Cloud Sync.
Disable anonymous usage data and personalized ads.
- Open the main menu in the top-left
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Data Privacy.
- Disable Personalized ads and Anonymous usage data.
Delete your Cloud Sync account (if you purchased this feature):
- Open the main menu button on the Home page's top-left corner.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Cloud Sync.
- Tap the account button on the top right corner of the cloud sync page.
- Tap the Delete Account button.
- Confirm the action.
Delete your device's data:
- Usually, you can simply uninstall Fasting Time from your Android or iOS device, which automatically clears app data.
- If you've enabled an app backup system inside your device's settings, you may need to manually clear your app data from Android or iOS.
